Once you make a deposit or purchase codes, refunds will NOT be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Inability to use the code for your intended purpose
  • Technical difficulties or compatibility issues
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Misunderstanding of service features

Alternative: If you cannot use a purchased code for your original intended purpose, you may use it for other services available on the platform.

3. Email Delivery & Communication

We send important communications, including activation codes, via email. If you do not receive our emails:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder - Our emails may be filtered incorrectly
  2. Wait and be patient - Email delivery can take several minutes to hours
  3. Try again after 12:00 AM - System processes may be delayed
  4. Device security blocking - If issues persist after trying the above steps, your device may have high-level security protection that blocks emails perceived as suspicious or phishing attempts. This is not an issue on our end.

Important: We cannot be held responsible for emails blocked by your device's security settings, spam filters, or email provider restrictions.
