Create Your Account

Important: Use an active email address that you regularly check.

Your email is essential for:

  • Receiving your activation code
  • Account verification
  • Important platform notifications
  • Password recovery
💡 Tip: Use a professional email address (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) for reliable delivery.

Login to Your Account

After registration, check your email for the activation code. Use your credentials to log in to the platform.

⚠️ Email Not Received? Check your spam/junk folder first! Our emails sometimes get filtered.

Navigate to Dashboard

Once logged in, you'll be directed to your dashboard where you can:

  • View available services
  • Check your purchased codes
  • Access your transaction history
  • Manage account settings

Purchase Activation Codes

Before using any service, you must purchase codes first.

Steps to purchase:

  • Go to the "Purchase Codes" section
  • Select the type and quantity of codes you need
  • Complete the payment process
  • Your codes will be activated immediately after payment
⚠️ Remember: All purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Make sure you understand what you're purchasing.

Use Platform Services

After purchasing codes, you can now access and use the services:

For Email Transfer Services:

  • Test First (Recommended): Try the service with Opay or similar services before sending to actual clients
  • Recipient Details: Enter the correct email address of your client
  • Credentials: Provide accurate information including:
    • Full name
    • Address
    • Account number
    • Tags (if required)
  • Billing Information: Fill in all billing fields properly and completely
  • Support Email (Optional): Add your support email where clients can reach you for assistance
💡 Pro Tip: Double-check all information before submitting to avoid errors.

Alternative Use of Codes

If you purchased a code but cannot use it for your intended purpose, don't worry!

You can use the same code for other services available on the platform.

  • Browse other services in the dashboard
  • Select an alternative service
  • Apply your existing code to access it

🔧 Email Delivery Troubleshooting

If your client doesn't receive the email:

  1. Check Spam/Junk Folder: This is the most common issue. Have them check thoroughly.
  2. Wait: Email delivery can be delayed. Ask them to wait a few hours.
  3. Try After 12:00 AM: System processes may cause delays. Have them check again after midnight.
  4. Device Security: If none of the above works, their device has high-level security that blocks perceived phishing emails. This is a device setting issue, not a problem with our service.

Note: We cannot bypass device security settings or email provider filters.
